Teeply is an AI operating system for print-on-demand and merch brands — one Shopify app that replaces the seller tool stack with agent-powered modules. It handles design, publishing, fulfilment, email marketing, Meta ads, customer support and profit tracking in one place, so you don’t stitch together separate apps.

Teeply is for print-on-demand and merch sellers who run, or want to run, a Shopify store. It’s built for solo founders and small teams who would otherwise juggle a separate design tool, email app, ads manager and helpdesk.
Do I need design skills to use Teeply?
No — you describe what you want and Teeply’s AI generates print-ready, background-free designs. You can then refine them in a built-in canvas editor, so no Photoshop or prior design experience is needed.
Pricing & credits
How much does Teeply cost?
Teeply is pay-per-use: you buy one-time credit packs starting at $3.99 for 300 credits, up to $39.99 for 5,000 credits. There is no subscription, and credits never expire.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. Teeply is entirely pay-per-use — you buy credits once and spend them as you work, with nothing to cancel.
Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. Every pack is a one-time purchase and the balance stays until you use it.
Are there free credits to start?
Yes — new accounts start with free credits so you can try Teeply before paying anything.
How many credits does an AI design cost?
A fresh AI design costs about 30 credits, so a $3.99 pack is roughly 10 designs. Lighter actions like adjusting text cost less, and heavier ones — product mockups, publishing to Shopify, email sends — are priced individually.
Shopify
Does Teeply work with Shopify?
Yes — Teeply installs as a Shopify app and connects to your store to publish products and run popups, email, ads and analytics. You connect by approving it; there are no API tokens to copy.
How do I connect my Shopify store to Teeply?
You enter your store address (yourstore.myshopify.com) and approve Teeply on a Shopify screen. There is no app to install manually and no tokens to paste — you land back in Teeply connected.
Do I need an existing Shopify store to start?
No. Teeply guides you through creating a Shopify store and a print-provider account if you don’t have them, then helps you wire everything together.
Fulfilment
Which print providers does Teeply support?
Teeply works with Printful and Printify for automatic print-on-demand fulfilment. You connect whichever you use, and orders are printed and shipped without you holding inventory.
Does Teeply hold inventory or ship orders itself?
No — fulfilment is handled by your connected print provider (Printful or Printify). Teeply creates the designs and products and passes your orders through to be printed and shipped.
Email marketing
Can Teeply run my email marketing?
Yes — Teeply runs email-capture popups and automated welcome and win-back flows, with per-person AI-written copy. It captures visitors and follows up automatically once your store is connected.
Ads
Can Teeply help with my Meta ads?
Yes — Teeply includes a Meta ads console and an AI strategist that reads your ad performance and suggests the next move. Recommended changes can be applied in a tap.
Customer support
Does Teeply help with customer support?
Yes — Teeply ingests your customer emails and drafts replies for you to review and send. It also looks up order status and tracking from your print provider so answers include real fulfilment details.
Analytics & profit
Can I track sales and profit in Teeply?
Yes — Teeply’s P&L shows your sales minus real costs (fulfilment, ads and usage), so you see actual profit rather than just revenue. A separate Stats view shows sessions and your conversion funnel.
Payments, data & privacy
Who processes payments on Teeply?
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Teeply’s Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction and receipts, while Teeply is responsible for the product.
Who operates Teeply?
Teeply is operated by Kaspars Maculskis, an individual based in Latvia. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.
Is my store data safe with Teeply?
Teeply only accesses the Shopify data needed to run the modules you use, and does not sell your data. Payments run through Lemon Squeezy, so Teeply never handles your card details.
