Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Teeply (the “Service”). These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Kaspars Maculskis (Upmalas 24, Kadaga, Adazi district, Latvia, LV-2103), operator of Teeply (“Teeply”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Teeply lets you generate print-ready, background-free graphic designs using artificial intelligence, and download them for your own use — including printing on apparel through third-party print-on-demand providers. Designs are produced from the text prompts, style selections and images you provide.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Teeply. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to not share your account.

3. Credits & payment

Generating designs consumes credits. Credits are a prepaid, in-app currency with no cash value and are not redeemable for money except where required by law. Some actions (fresh AI designs) cost more credits than others (retries, text edits, code-rendered designs). Credit costs are shown in the app before you spend them. See our Refund Policy for when credits can be returned.

Purchases on Teeply are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your transaction, handles billing, and issues your receipt.

4. Your content & your designs

You retain ownership of the designs you generate and of any images or text you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you the right to use and sell products bearing the designs you create with Teeply. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your inputs and outputs solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Teeply to create or distribute content that:

• infringes anyone's intellectual property — no third-party trademarks, brand logos, or copyrighted characters;
• depicts real, identifiable public figures without rights to do so;
• is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence;
• is unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the designs you produce and sell do not infringe the rights of others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI-generated output

Designs are generated by automated models and may be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to output produced for other users. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You should review every design before printing or selling it.

7. Service availability

We provide the Service “as is” and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We rely on third-party providers (for AI generation, authentication, and storage) and are not liable for their outages.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaspars Maculskis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Teeply at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for cause.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
