Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kaspars Maculskis, operator of Teeply (“Teeply”, “we”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use Teeply. The data controller is Kaspars Maculskis, Upmalas 24, Kadaga, Adazi district, Latvia, LV-2103, contact kmflow@kmflow.com. We keep it short and plain.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and basic profile details, provided when you sign in (including via Google sign-in).
• Content you create — the prompts, style choices, and images you submit, and the designs generated from them.
• Usage & credits — your credit balance, transactions, and basic activity needed to run the Service.
• Technical data — standard log and device data (e.g. browser type) used for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To generate your designs and provide the Service;
• To save your designs, favourites, and credits to your account so they sync across devices;
• To process payments and manage credits;
• To respond to support requests and prevent abuse;
• To improve the quality and reliability of the Service.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate Teeply, and share only what is needed for them to perform their function:

• AI generation — your prompts and uploaded images are sent to AI model providers (including Google and Anthropic) to produce designs and text.
• Authentication & database — Supabase, for sign-in and storing your account, designs, and credits.
• Storage — cloud object storage (Supabase Storage and/or Cloudflare R2) for your generated image files.
• Payments — Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, processes your payment as the seller of record and handles card data directly; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Advertising & analytics — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, loaded only after you accept cookies, to measure ad performance. Where used for matching, your email is hashed (never sent in the clear).

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private designs to advertise to you.

Data retention

We keep your account data and designs for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, email kmflow@kmflow.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

Teeply is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
